Meet Demetrice
I founded I DO Dreams LLC in 2014 with the belief that a beautiful event should feel as good as it looks. My role is to listen closely, organize the moving pieces, and guide couples through decisions with honesty and care.
With experience in vendor coordination, budgeting, contracts, design, and event-day logistics, I bring both creativity and structure to every celebration. My goal is to help each bride and groom feel confident in the plan and fully present for the moments that matter.

Yes. Setup Only concludes before guests arrive, while Setup & Breakdown includes a scheduled return after the event. These services are ideal when the plans are complete and you need hands-on help preparing and clearing the space rather than continuous on-site management.
Starting investments cover professional planning, coordination, or setup services and the staffing stated in your proposal. Linens, centerpieces, florals, balloons, backdrops, furniture, stationery, rentals, delivery, and other vendor costs are separate unless specifically listed in your proposal.
Wedding starting prices for celebrations of up to 125 guests include one event-day assistant. Event setup staffing is based on the number of tables, décor quantity, assembly needs, venue access window, breakdown deadline, guest count, and event complexity. Any additional staffing will be clearly listed in your proposal.
Yes. I DO Dreams is based in Chesterfield, Virginia, and is available for weddings and events outside Virginia. Your proposal will account for the complete route across all event locations and may include mileage, tolls, parking, travel time, or overnight accommodations depending on distance and schedule.
Yes. Please include each location in your consultation request. Travel time, transitions, staffing, load-in requirements, and coverage at each venue will be considered when creating your service proposal.
I DO Dreams plans milestone birthdays, anniversaries, showers, graduations, retirement celebrations, corporate gatherings, launches, luncheons, nonprofit events, and other thoughtfully hosted occasions.
After your consultation, you will receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended service, scope, staffing, travel, and investment. Your date is reserved once the agreement is signed and the required non-refundable retainer is paid. Payment and cancellation terms are provided for review before booking.
